Wedding Wednesdays – Wanda

Last week I received photos of my bride Wanda from photographer Amy Halstead.  I absolutely loved working with Wanda and am so happy she contacted me after her previous makeup artist cancelled on her.  Yep, you heard that right. Her artist CANCELLED! Who does that?!  Not me!  That’s why I have these pictures 🙂 Enjoy!

The Bride and The Braves

As an Atlanta native and huge Braves fan, I immediately said “YES” when Lauren (a beautiful bride-to-be) asked me to work her wedding at Turner Field.  The Ted.  Home of the Braves…Hellooo! Yes.

When I arrived to the stadium and walked up to the doors of the 755 Club where I would be working, it took everything in me not to do a Mary Tyler Moore spin and throw my nonexistent hat in the air.

When I was contacted by The Historic Academy of Medicine at Georgia Tech and asked to do makeup for their annual “Something Old, Something New” bridal event, I obviously said “YES” immediately.
